بیانیه جمعی از وبلاگنویسان درباره انتخابات ریاست جمهوری و وقایع پس از آن

۱) ما، گروهی از وبلاگنویسان ایرانی، برخوردهای خشونتآمیز و سرکوبگرانه حکومت ایران در مواجهه با راهپیماییها و گردهمآییهای مسالمتآمیز و بهحق
مردم ایران را به شدت محکوم میکنیم و از مقامات و مسوولان حکومتی میخواهیم تا اصل ۲۷ قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را که بیان میدارد «تشكيل اجتماعات و راه پيمايیها، بدون حمل سلاح، به شرط آنکه مخل به مبانی اسلام نباشد، آزاد است» رعایت کنند.
Statement by a group of Iranian bloggers about the Presidential elections and the subsequent events
1) We, a group of Iranian bloggers, strongly condemn the violent and repressive confrontation of Iranian government against Iranian people's legitimate and peaceful demonstrations and ask government officials to comply with Article 27 of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Constitution which emphasizes "Public gatherings and marches may be freely held, provided arms are not carried and that they are not detrimental to the fundamental principles of Islam."
2) We consider the violations in the presidential elections, and their sad consequences a big blow to the democratic principles of the Islamic Republic regime, and observing the mounting evidence of fraud presented by the candidates and others, we believe that election fraud is obvious and we ask for a new election.
3) Actions such as deporting foreign reporters, arresting local journalists, censorship of the news and misrepresenting the facts, cutting off the SMS network and filtering of the internet cannot silence the voices of Iranian people as no darkness and suffocation can go on forever. We invite the Iranian government to honest and friendly interaction with its people and we hope to witness the narrowing of the huge gap between people and the government.

حضرت امام خميني ميفرمايد: «ولايت فقيه امتدادي است از حاكميت معصومان و عبارت است از حاكميت فقيه عادل كه صفات علم و فقاهت و تقوا و زهد و كارداني و مهارت در وجود او محقق گرديده است كه همه اين ويژگيها او را از استبداد و ديكتاتوري بازميدارد.» ايشان اين معنا را با سخن خود چنين مورد تأكيد قرار ميدهد: «اسلام ديكتاتوري را محكوم و رد ميكند و ولايت را از حاكمي كه ميخواهد با ديكتاتوري حكومت كند، ساقط ميسازد حتي اگر آن حاكم فقيه باشد. اگر فقيه و حاكم از چهارچوب صفات علم و عدالت و گرفتن حق مظلوم از ظالم خارج شود، ولايت او خود به خود ساقط ميگردد.» حضرت امام (ره) فرمود : «جانم فدای تک تک این ملت».

باطل را نمی توان ساقط کرد می توان رسواساخت ، اگر حق را نمی توان استقرار بخشید ، می توان اثبات کرد ، طرح کرد و به زمان شناساند و زنده نگه داشت

در تظاهرات امروز کپنهاگ یکی دوتا از مسئولین شرکت کانون سیاسی اینترنتی دانمارک شرکت کردند و برنامه ای را معرفی کردند که به کمک آن هر کسی می تواند با کامپیوتر شخصی خودش سانسور اینترنتی را بشکند. آدرس بخش فارسی سایتش این است.

I have been a regular subscriber to this blog but for odd reason my comments are not posted. As much as I respect the Indigenous struggle of Iranian nation for the self determination and a staunch opposer of the hardliner view of Islam and a long time supporter of the reform movement of Iran , ever since the Lebanon war of 2006 and the later conflicts and elections and the velvet revolutions i have been monitoring the coverage of the media usage during the confrontations with the system that has been perpetuating the western neo colonialism and i would like to point it to the Iranian journalists and the intelligentsia to pause for a minute and then analyse the events in Iran with the events in the velvet revolutions elsewhere and then weed out the foreign hands in shaping the events in Iran and ensure that these black sheep are singled out and the genuine reformists are allowed to take the lead and not be swayed by the media that has all its roots in the Intelligence Agencies that has always worked against Iran be it the Iran of Qajars, Shah or the Islamic.
This charter that has been posted here is wonderful but it is too idealistic to ignore the overall picture and focus innocently on one issue not realising the future implications for the situation.
